Nice tileset CB. This tileset has most of the things that you need(most of your tilesets do, actually). The animations aren’t as good as they could be though. The graphics are very good considering that all the tiles were hand drawn(except for poles and blocks). Overall a 7.7.

Description
The fifth drawn tileset. Like CO, I made this one with Jackass. We\‘ll cooperate on more tilesets in the future. Check out the JCF, the JCS forum for some screenshots, the background story of the tileset. This tileset has all the needed stuff, vines, pikes, hooks, poles, blocks, backgrounds, text boards, exit boards, warp animation, belts, sucker tubes, eyecandy, invisible tiles, colours, clouds and arrows. I really like this, some ripped tiles, but it’s definitley not the majority. Still, can’t complain about the tileset, has everything you need. Keep up the good work, and next time, make your own textures, don’t use the ones from PSP7 itself ;)

Okay, here’s the releashed version of C1.
It has different ground types, you can make some kind of temple, throught that’s not really a part of a desert.
There’s sucker tubes, 2 colors of blocks, water if you’r too lazy for make water level, skyes, houses, and a lot of funny and good looking animations.
The mask cough, could have been done better.
I disagree with Disquise about ripping textures from PSP, becuse it’s not from any other jazz2 tileset.
There’s signs with names on other of your tilesets and names, I don’t know why you didn’t just made something like Carrotus castle, or Labrat.
The bagrund layers is okay, but they look a little bit too sharped honestly.
Anyways, you can make some really nice eyecandy with this tileset, download recommed.[This review has been edited by Moonblaze]

It has been ages since I originally reviewed this and after heavy use I can not say that I am as thrilled with this tileset as I initially was. This desert-themed tileset does offer some interesting eyecandy up, but the masking is often lacking. There are parts of this tileset which are ripped, but a lot less than in previous CraccoBoy tilesets, which is definitely a hugely welcomed change in my book. The drawing style is generally good, but not quite excellent. It makes for a good small level, but I doubt it will see much use. Sorry for such a mini-review, but I am in a bit of a hurry.
+ PROS: Probably the best desert tileset available…
- CONS: …because it is probably the only desert tileset available. Still some ripping and the mask is not great.
VERDICT: A score of seven point five and a download recommendation should suffice for now until I have enough time to present a full review. Sorry for the rushing.[This review has been edited by Trafton AT]

Well, the animations are rather good, but personnally I won’t be using this TST. The style is not appropriate.

First of all: sorry for the short review, but I’m just back from vacation, so…
Well, it has pretty much eyecandy with neat animations and it has all the needed stuff. But it doesnt create the feeling that you are walking in a desert… and things…. I can’t write a good review right now…

A nice desert style tileset, with some animations and some shock RIPPED DESTRUCT BLOCKS AND POLES!!! I like it, although it’s not exactly my style. But, it is good, so here’s a nice, big, fat eight for you.

I put names of my own tilesets on those signs because I like them more than the default JJ2 tilesets. I’ll upload these tilesets with a sign for ‘party casino’ and a sign for ‘haunted church’. :D I probably won’t reupload it though, it won’t be a big enough update.
