I dont wanna make review becoz one of these levels, have too much enemies! And all levels have unknows language! Write levelname and text in level on English plz!
This is some good effects that I would like to see in a proper tileset. I will give it good ratings to boost it to the top so more people will download and try to use the effects.
DR: Only if you’re going to use the effects.
Yeah thanks snooze. i know my level as crap. (City one) First attempt at a battle level and it was made quickly. (Only about 2 days) thanks for the feedback!
Hmmm…
Yeah…
Sky is good!
And you fixed low detail!
I think this tileset is good for use!
RATING: 7.7 with DR
Defiantly better. order is still a little bad in some areas but you have added lots more tiles. The background looks better and the destruct blocks look better. I like it a lot better. 7.5 and DR
Hey! you are using City!<3<3
our first upload!
brings back memories. :D
and nice level!
thanx for the compliment xSnooze ^^
This winter-version is gonna be the tileset from a Boss stage in the next episode we’re working on!
More of a proof-of-concept than an actual level it seems. It’s an interesting effect and the tileset’s graphics look nice, but the tileset is so limited that it’s not really usable beyond what’s done with it in this level. The effect shown in the level (hard to describe, just play the level) is nice and may be used by other authors, though it requires a lot of layers.
Seeing this as a proof-of-concept I don’t think giving a rating would be appropriate. I’ll give a download recommendation though, as it’s a nice effect that might inspire some other levelmakers.
(it’s kind of freaky how your mind is apparently full of children and drugs though)
cooldude: This. Is. Uploaded. As. A. Tileset. Learn. To. Read.
Ron97: I can read i just didnt see the Tileset part.
Nice!
That’s quite an interesting effect (Looks best in 8-bit mode since the colors will not be distorted in 16-bit).
But the tileset is just alot of kids and a background so it’s not very usable at all. It’s very well drawn though.
One problem I can think of is that this effect needs to use many layers and there will perhaps not be much space left for other layerstuff. But there are probably workarounds.
I won’t rate this because I’m quite sure the purpose of this upload was not to make a great tileset but to demonstrate the effect (which looks great).
Thank you for rate. If you want play to very hard levels, I invite to my previous added levels – that was really, really hard and more strategic than this level!
Snooze won’t let anyone (who is anyone) down with this compilation of quality levels.
He certainly ‘took a risk’ with the layout of DDRR and the level looks slightly bland in comparison, but none of these levels are any worse than ‘good’.
The CTFs still seem to be of slightly higher quality than the battles, but that’s how it should be.
yeah… I played it!
Very nice!
Eyecandy: only sky
Gameplay: Not bad…
IDK what you think, but i set rating: 6.5 with DR
Becoz this level is NICE!
gus sets look amazing, yet no-one uses them because they always lack of usability
The pseudo-3D style here is amazing, but the tile layout is terrible. If a user can get past the layout, however, you can create a truly spectacular-looking level.
Another huge drawback is the lack of usable slopes.
This would be a great set if it only had better slopes..
This is pretty much okay but also hideously overrated…
All of the battle levels play pretty good imo. DDRR has a great camping spot, which might be annoying for some players. Most of the ctf levels have pretty natural designs; GotS is balanced, but I question the others in that area. Neufrlagar and Junkyard Blues have some truly impressive eyecandy imo, perhaps the best I’ve seen so far.
