A decent level using Agama’s heaven tileset.
Enigma has made some tricks with the tileset, for make a great eyecandy here.
You’ll find both bases in each side of the level, and in the middle there’s a RF powerup and a Full Energy.
Also, Enigma made a nice use with Float Up, and he placed a Bouncher powerup too, maybe a little too close on the Red base.
Overall, its a great level and I recom you to download it.

I somehow managed to press “Submit” before finish the review.[This review has been edited by Moonblaze]
okay sorry, but for the ones who want it they can have it,
Its a little to small, but i like the eyecanyd and gameplay. hint make your levels a little more bigger =)
Moonblaze must be a big fan of trees, because he sure makes a lot of tilesets with them. Most of them are pretty good, and this one is no exception. The drawing quality is very nice, though it looks a bit cartoony at some points. The moon in the background looks really good, though the edges are a bit rough. The general necessities are there, though (as Violet mentioned) the sucker tubes are limited to straight lines and turns. It’s hard to make trees that are very good, but the tree in this tileset looks like it was done too quickly. Branches are one tile in length at most, which makes using them tedious and significantly detracts from it’s usefulness. This tileset suffers from several medium-sized pitfalls, but is still pretty good overall. Worth a download recommendation, but beware of the trees. ;-P
Moonblaze and Forest are two words which you should associate, apparently. This tileset is a nature tileset with trees and a giant moon for background eyecandy, so it’s Moonlight Forest. (did the author mean Moonlit?)
While it has all the basic stuff, it doesn’t have much else, the branches can’t be more then one tile wide (two if not attached to anything), and the tree is ugly. The masking on the spikes are bad, and the blocks don’t look too good.
There is a blinking eye animation, but it’s not in the layer 4 background, so it looks weird. The sucker tube only supports corners and straight lines, no T or + there, and the textured background doesn’t work in 8-bit.
Still, it’s ok.
Reupload next time, please.
This update is nothing special at all. Some new ugly tiles have been added, but the previous tiles were not improved much at all. I still can’t imagine using this tileset. The mask is bad (it nears automasking bad) and the colors seem off. This was done way too quickly, but could have been a bit better if the author spent some time on it. All and all, not worth a download recommendation. Sorry.
Sorry to say but, very bad.
I fail at reviewing so this review gets edited I guess =D.

Another crazy level of Purple Violet.
The first what i see, uh, hear is the barfin’ music. It is ok with the level, but the music itself is very eeeeek.
The level rocks, you have a Climbable wall, what means that if you run and jump you can go up.
You see as background two eyes blinking. I’m not annoyed about the blinking things, only about the * smilies.
It’s really a lol level for Halloween, so download this. Nice job.
Boo! Yesh, i see it, you shock..
And yet another great, 140*70 tiles large CTF map from Mr. I-Hate-TSF :-) It uses Disguise’s awesome “Winterland Wonder” tileset, with its very cool snow covered atmosphere.
The design of the level is very good, nothing much to criticize. Many platforms, very open, perfect navigation: “south african school” as i call it (even though it’s such a “cold” level :). The use of OneWays is very wise and so is the event (nice copter) and weapon placement throughout the level. The routes from base to base are not too short and not too long.
As for the eyecandy, it’s very decent as well, but nothing too spectacular: for example, i find the foreground layers a bit underused (the background scenery is very nice, though).
The music is a pretty cheap, but five minute lasting Protracker MOD from Germany that tries to catch a bit of ealy nineties techno hype (at least in Germany). Not my favourite style, and i don’t think that it fits too great here, but hey, i guess the “wonderland” title stands in some kind of relationship to the tileset name :)
My conclusion:
Of course, this is pretty overrated, like all levels recently. That may also be a reason why i don’t want to give a 8 here (which it would actually deserve), but a high 7.5. But anyways, this is your favourite CTF level for the upcoming snowy evenings at home. STRONG DOWNLOAD RECOMMENDATION!
Wow. This level has a 10 without being reviewed. The ghosts must be out tonight. There’s officially 2 hours left before my Halloween ends, but that doesn’t mean that I’m out of the spirit. I played this level on a server and I must say that I am impressed. I really thought the blinking parts would annoy me, but during normal play, they never did. Eyecandy was very good, and flow was not bad at all. I liked the background, and it fit the season well. A very nice work, and definitely worth a download recommendation. Nice job, Violet.
This is just a pack of music that I already had. You could d/l this all about the site. It doesn’t need a pack made out of it.
Of course, thats my first work.

Stop giving my levels high ratings! That’s not true that my levels can use ratings 8.0 or up! Or get banned Bjarni!
I thought about some changes… but the rhytm will stay as it is. So maybe there will be a 1.1 version, but I think that it won’t change much. BTW, maybe some of you will know what I was playing before composing this music? (yes, one part is like in a music from other, not from PC, game)
Erm, Bjarni? I think you should use WinAmp… or ModPlug. And don’t rate things if you haven’t tested them![This review has been edited by JSZ Jazz]
