Okay, I know this part gets a bit risky... but so far I've noticed that the system is really screwing up IRQs (four devices on a IRQ). And some of the IRQs are left blank, and some of the devices on the earlier IRQs aren't used at all (COM1).

So, how do I get into the system CMOS thinger or whatever?

Pressing DEL at the startup. But I thought IRQ's should be changed by the jumpers on the cards.

Of course I'm not a hardware genious.

Btw, CMOS means Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor.

Depending on your BIOS, you'd usually have to press a key during startup to enter setup. You'll know what key it is because the system displays what you should press (my system is configured to use F2).

Quite... it'll let me specify some things but not the IRQ thing.
