I'm just wondering, is December going to be added to the list of months in the Mask?
EDIT- Also, is our Waterfall supposed to go upwards? |
So what's the problem with Kansas now!

Quote:
ZAPPER: The problems are twofold: 1. Everyone is demanding that a community project be finished and not wanting to do anything for it themselves. 2. The only person who did want to put some effort into it has apparently given up for some unspecified reason. |
Ok then, post the latest edition of the tileset and i'll see if I can't do the transition tiles.
|
Alright people I will need your opinion on this D=.

What's also important, also, is the fact if anyone will need an example level. Kansas is easy enough to learn and use (at least in my opinion, but bear in mind I find CoralC easy =P ) for everyone to figure out some standard eyecandy. Also, like I stated, earlier, if an example level would be made, everyone would just make their eyecandy look like the example level's, and that would be quite a bad thing. Having no example level would make people to think on their own while making eyecandy, and thus every level out of Kansas would turn out different... So, we have to make a choice now. Have more people work on the levels or have no levels at all? |
None, I agree with Cooba's opinion.

I'd make a simple level if the tileset was released.

Well, yes... but I would need the tileset in its final form before I could even START making the level.
|
Several levels. People who really use tilesets creatively will do so even if the example level didn't.

@Faw: True, but the general public won't. |
I vote for multiple example levels. Although I must agree with Cooba, it's somewhat easy to use.
|
Multiple examples. I'll help ;p
Just need the tileset. |
I believe I told Crimi to let experienced people make example levels.
|
Bad luck for you people, I'm going on an unplanned holiday. I'll be away untill Thursday, and after that 2 days when I'm home, I'll go to CenterParks for a long weekend. Can't do much in the time inbetween, assuming Michelle will come by. Besides that, I have my plans to visit multiple JCFers. I don't think there will be a LMAT Januari.
|
i don't want any example levels anymore :)
|
Honestly, the tileset is fairly easy to use, I see no reason why we need example levels.
|
Well, if you ask Unknown Rabbit in a nice way... ;)
That is... Does he still care for the project? ;o |
I honestly doubt it.

...me? what? What am I supposed to decide on?

And... Cooba gave full reign to me... Soooo... The people have said they didn't need an example level. Well then, one Kansas coming up.
=\ I guess... |
K DEADLINE JANUARY 3RD
|
K!
Who makes the account and uploads them? I don't wanna be responsible... :( Edit: Responsible for bearing the password. =\ People would just yell at me and tell me it wasn't my tileset etc. :p |
I'll do it. The password will be given to Violet for safekeeping, and if he's forgetful enough, i'll just post it here. If someone decides to use it as a dupe account, Quist can just ban it forever.

Hmm, so I really didn't mess up the palette at all. Awesome.

EDIT- You didn't. You just rendered the name contest useless as I'm pretty sure that was the deal. |
Cooba gave me the tilesets. Now carry on and let the peasant rest, ktnxluvbye. :p

When I was asking on #jj2 whether I should give the tilesets different names than Kansas and Arkansas, you were there but said nothing.
|
Probably idle. I tend to idle and not change my name
