Hrrrm. I think you should try to stay within the theme of a street. An island isn't a house or an other part of a city.. usually.

I'd say you're just as likely to find an island on a street as you are to find a military fortress or a giant awesome carrot. And besides, Faw, it's just for fun. ;3
