The ways this could potentially help are obvious and have already been stated, unless you have extremely linear thinking I don't see how you wouldn't see the benefits, and no that was not an attack.

Speaking of Violet...

I am skeptical that this will actually have any effect, given that so few servers are running at any given time that it is extremely simple to check if any given player is actively online already, plus Xfire has so many games supported that it seems unlikely people will start playing JJ2 just because they see it supported on Xfire, but I guess there is no harm in trying.
Totally agree here, even if it is a small and relatively useless gain, it's still a gain.

Anyway I'm done defending this topic.

One more post and we gut 4 pages! HURRAY

NovaStar Jun 2, 2007 04:57 AM

I'm still not signing it, I don't see the point. We already *have* enough new players, if that's what you're signing for.

Grytolle Jun 2, 2007 05:34 AM

:( No we don't. Wow, I didn't expect such a statement from *you*, Emma ;o

Jerrythabest Jun 2, 2007 05:39 AM

Okay, as all those people are too LAZY to give up two minutes of their time to help us, I'll be so nice to help. I'll post. And any excuse you may have for not signing that, is a bad excuse and can be easily refuted.

R3ptile Jun 2, 2007 08:44 AM

It would make it a lot easier to contact all jazzers who are online at every certain moment using the friend list feature, and also provide nice stats so each one of us would know how often he plays, etc.

Anyway, JJ2 is an active multiplayer game and therefore there's no reason for it not to be there.

And Novastar, thank you. Thank you for once again proving to be so helpful towards the community. I'm wondering, what is your next step, revive PE maybe? ;)

Blackraptor Jun 2, 2007 09:28 AM

You guys are complaining a lot for something that's beneficial to the community and only takes like, 5 minutes to do.

Jerrythabest Jun 2, 2007 10:05 AM

Things would become just so far more easy if JJ2 would be added to Xfire

Because reviving a topic that's over a year old is really helpful as well.

FireSworD Jun 2, 2007 10:12 PM

I find it funny how you take the time to post multiple replies in this topic of which contain jargon compared to the others, when you could've very well posted on xfire which had more of a 'point'. It's fine if you don't want to support xfire for jj2, but it's so obvious you are just trying to make it clear how you felt about how well we recieved your 'PE' thing. Well, whatever suits you.

Also, drop the attitude.

Yasco Jun 4, 2007 11:55 AM

No she's not too lazy, she explictly said that she doesn't want to sign it.

go for it :]

Hitch Jun 5, 2007 02:46 PM

Hm, what name should I sign in for?

EvilMike Jun 6, 2007 12:19 AM

Curses! Our arrogance has caused cooba to refuse to add his support! Our community effort to add jj2 to xfire has been thwarted. It's hopeless now, guys :(.

Jerrythabest Jun 6, 2007 06:38 AM

Its not like 'cooba' means the same as 'everyone' ;p (or does it? :o)

Grytolle Jun 6, 2007 10:50 AM

Great job understanding mike's post, jerry!

[GpW]Urbs Jun 7, 2007 10:02 AM

geting a 404 when i wanna become a member....

FireSworD Jul 1, 2007 08:48 PM

Is that it folks?

Dermo Jul 1, 2007 08:57 PM

Yeah I'm getting that same 404 error. What's weird is the first time I didn't get a 404, I got filled in all my information on registering and I got a 403 no authorization. Ever since then, i've been trying to register and i've been getting 404s. So I just gave up.
