Jerrythabest Jul 31, 2007 02:03 AM

No, you are tripleposting.

Valco Jul 31, 2007 09:14 AM

Indeed a true comment. :-)

Sacrush Jul 31, 2007 11:47 PM

May I doublepost?

Jerrythabest Aug 2, 2007 12:06 PM

'May I' in the previous post makes the post more or less about legal stuff, right?

Rabbitydoom Sep 3, 2007 11:52 PM

Major n00b here!

Here's a dumb n00bish question:

Has anyone beaten Jazz Jackrabbit Advance? If so, How the heck do you get past the fort in the beginning of Stage 3(IceBox 3) Level 2? I tried jumping on the platform above the door but that stupid bunny can't reach!!

DoubleGJ Sep 4, 2007 03:31 AM

Many people have this problem, not only in this level, but also in one of Pollutus levels, near the exit warp.

Anyway, note that you jump slightly higher if you start the helicopter ears move before reaching the top peak of your jump. Speaking more simply, push the jump button again just a second before you start falling. That should do fine.

Rabbitydoom Sep 5, 2007 01:41 AM

Thanks loads! :)

Speeza Sep 7, 2007 09:55 PM

jazz advance is easy.

DoubleGJ Sep 8, 2007 01:07 PM

Not really if you actually play it on GBA.

Marijn Sep 9, 2007 12:27 PM

FreeFull Sep 9, 2007 12:43 PM

cooba Sep 9, 2007 12:47 PM

Jerrythabest Sep 10, 2007 08:46 AM

FreeFull Sep 10, 2007 09:49 AM

!Tman! Sep 28, 2007 10:41 AM

DoubleGJ Sep 28, 2007 12:47 PM

If you really want, I can.

NovaStar Sep 28, 2007 09:58 PM

i love this thread

DadioDog Oct 9, 2007 01:50 AM

I love this game so much (the gameplay, characters and MUSIC) but are there any other games like it out there?

NovaStar Oct 9, 2007 02:06 AM

jj3 lol

Violet CLM Oct 9, 2007 07:56 AM

Captain Claw was some sort of JJ2 rival back when they were being made, but they don't really have all that much in common. Sonic's probably your best bet.

Bobby aka Dizzy Oct 9, 2007 06:11 PM

I'd say Earthworm Jim is also fairly similar.

Dermo Oct 12, 2007 03:46 PM

Yeah I'm an admin. Can't you tell by the word Administrator underneath my name? Also, it's pretty sad when you get banned within not even 1 week of being on JCF.

Metallichaos Oct 15, 2007 11:47 PM

Hi there! Considering I'm a n00b I get a free dumb question, right? :P

So, I have both JJ2 and JJ2:TSF. Is there anyway I have to load JJ2's episodes on TSF and say, play them with Lori?

Thanks ;)

DoubleGJ Oct 16, 2007 02:38 AM

Just copy all the .j2e and .j2l files you want, optionally tilesets and music too, if you need, and voila. They're fully compatible.

Jerrythabest Oct 16, 2007 07:24 AM

My TSF came with all original episodes too? How come? (maybe not so dumb question but oh well)

Violet CLM Oct 16, 2007 09:11 AM

Different distributions. You probably both also have different opening cinematics and perhaps various other details I'm forgetting.

Metallichaos Oct 16, 2007 09:50 AM

So you mean some versions of TSF come with ALL episodes? Now that's cool.

I tried yesterday to put all files of Jazz 2 into the TSF directory, I only left out those that had the same name and would overwrite. Didn't work. Maybe I'll try again today and have a look at the cfg file...
