The way I see it using PE is like using the post office to send a letter to your nextdoor(Assuming this is Surburbia or an apartment, and nextdoor is a short distance) neighbor. It takes longer, includes an unneccesary process, and theres a chance the letter will never make it to your freind (And if it does, it may be way too late)

r3p is mature when he's serious, and from what I can see, that's how he's acting here. I've yet to see anything that even looks remotely immature.

Since you apparently gague maturity through age, r3p is at least 5 years more mature than you, a large enough gap to define himself as mature.
