You're so questionably useful :|

maverick Mar 9, 2007 05:42 AM

I have talked with Finnish players and we agreed about playing on Saturday at 17 GMT , so 18 Polish time and 19 Finnish time.
I'd appreciate if DarkSonic was online around that time so he could host for us

Vegito Mar 9, 2007 06:39 AM

Still round 3? Oh well.

maverick Mar 10, 2007 09:31 AM

Team Finalnd didn't turn up at the time.
Poland wins by default then.

Grytolle Mar 10, 2007 03:34 PM

Hope they had fun partying

snzspeed Mar 11, 2007 02:49 AM

life > jj2

Grytolle Mar 11, 2007 03:09 AM

Keeping promises > drunk retard

is there something bad with me having a life?

besides, im not a drunk retard

Superjazz Mar 11, 2007 03:15 AM

I wouldn't party for a forfeit loss though.

snzspeed Mar 11, 2007 03:16 AM

i prefer to have fun with friends over jj2

sorry for having an opinion like that. :)

Vegito Mar 11, 2007 03:26 AM

Bleh.
"Having a life" sounds so .. not good to say.
I'd rather shut my mouth and say I wasn't there for whatever reason.
"I got a life" is not a reason =P

Stijn Mar 11, 2007 03:29 AM

"Having a life" (remind me to add that to the censor someday) does not necessarily rule out keeping appointments...

snzspeed Mar 11, 2007 03:39 AM

ok, i wasn't there because i wanted to go out with my friends instead of playing rabbit game.

happy?

Stijn Mar 11, 2007 04:05 AM

Ah, so it would've been different if this was a game with gung-ho strongmen instead of rabbits?

well, it doesnt matter, friends > games

whats so bad thing in that opinion? i don't understand. im not even showing off, just saying that i couldnt get to that game, because i preferred going out with friends. :|

maverick Mar 11, 2007 04:46 AM

The point is that you agreed on playing at that time but didn't show up.

snzspeed Mar 11, 2007 04:57 AM

OK, IM SORRY FOR NOT SHOWING UP GUYS. IM SORRY, SORRY, SORRY!!!

no, really, i apologise for not showing up.

but seriously, life > jj2. i prefer going out with friends instead of playing games, gg, and i won't change my mind. go ahead, insult me, i don't care.

Stijn Mar 11, 2007 06:45 AM

Oh, I prefer doing other things (which includes going out) over JJ2 too. But as a consequence I don't promise others to show up at a certain time.

Sucer Mar 11, 2007 08:56 AM

I prefer jj2 over life so I have no problems. I of course do my duties and that's why I can't play jj2 that much anymore couse stupid school is messing up my schedule.

Sasik Mar 11, 2007 09:29 AM

Well, personally still I'd like to play against Finland. It could be good game, though.

And btw. I'm also very busy with other things than jj2, but if I say that I'll play at certain time, I'm simply there. That's how this should have worked.

Grytolle Mar 11, 2007 09:47 AM

Exactly ^__^

Raven aka StL Mar 11, 2007 10:06 AM

People seem to forget that matches can be postponed...

Although, if my team agrees on a forfeit win then so be it.
Otherwise we may try to play the match at least one more time.
...after cutting someone's rations for not playing it earlier. :D

snzspeed Mar 11, 2007 10:27 AM

i would also like to play it.. forfeit wins are stupid. :P

maverick Mar 11, 2007 10:51 AM

Yea, I would like to play it too :)

Vegito Mar 11, 2007 02:22 PM

Go for it.

Anakin[CC] Mar 12, 2007 08:37 AM

i agree aswell we could already have claimed a easy 2-0 win over Germany but i just want to play, i dont feel anything for a forfeit win

I'l be expecting from the tournament officials to gather as much contact info as posable, users/players themselves could leave some at the guestbook, e-mail it to me, or leave it here atleast

Raven aka StL Mar 12, 2007 11:58 PM

As if you'd be actual winners with a forfeit win, it's as cheap as how France got to the World Cup final of football last year...

Therefore you should all try your best, always, to play all games and accept forfeit wins only if there's absolutely no other course of action left.

Let's talk about a good date for the match on msn later. :p

Sasik Mar 13, 2007 10:32 AM

What with the matchup for 4th round?
Btw. Changing the name of this thread would be a good idea.

Raven aka StL Mar 13, 2007 12:19 PM

Round 4 = delayed, sorry.
It will be posted soon enough.

And I agree about the thread name.

maverick Mar 17, 2007 12:54 AM

This tourney is dead .

GG no re & R.I.P

Sasik Mar 17, 2007 06:50 AM

Well, I wouldn't call it dead, but rather inactive.
However, I can't understand why teams like UK or Belgium do nothing to play their matches while they really could play them  And inactivity of few teams besides of not too good organisation kills this tournament. :(

Raven aka StL Mar 17, 2007 09:41 AM

If you've got nothing to say but whine then don't say anything, thanks.
I'm busy with a lot of unexpected matters, which is why this tourney's been a bit on the quiet side...
Anyways, round 4 will be announced tomorrow or monday.

Just so you know, teams that haven't had effort organising their matches, not to mention play them at all, will be eliminated after the eventual round 11.

maverick Mar 17, 2007 10:34 AM

It's not whining. We only state the facts.

Raven aka StL Mar 17, 2007 12:15 PM

That's what you think.
Now cease spamming, thanks.

Stijn Mar 17, 2007 12:17 PM

You don't seem to be doing anything to prove him wrong :P

Raven aka StL Mar 17, 2007 05:42 PM

Don't be obnoxious on purpose.

I've got other things besides this tournament to take care of, you know...

Sucer Mar 17, 2007 11:57 PM

Then you would have been a clever guy if you would have asked for some assistance to organize this tourney. It's not like tourneys work if the admin is "lazy"

That's no excuse not to make a good job :( Also, how much things can you possibly have to take care of? I'm getting curious.

Raven aka StL Mar 19, 2007 11:57 AM

I apologise for the delay...

Round 4

Italy - Germany (22nd Mar, 16.00 GMT)

Netherlands - Finland (23rd Mar, 18.00 GMT)

Poland - Belgium (23rd Mar, 17.00 GMT)

Romania - Australia (24th Mar, 11.00 GMT)

Slovenia - Sweden (24th Mar, 17.00 GMT)

United Kingdom - Israel (24th Mar, 17.00 GMT)

- The above dates are suggestions, if they're not ok, or you prefer another time, then you may (of course) play them at a different time and/or date.

- Remember that teams with no games played at the end of round 11 will be eliminated on short notice. Play all the games you can as soon as possible.

- Each match must be logged with "Carrotade"
and the logs sent to me. (Emperor_4zz@hotmail.com).

Thank you for participating and hafe fun.
