Sacrush Jun 7, 2007 01:09 PM

Fine by me, Wait for Gerard's opinion though. I also noticed that all levels are inside, maybe some outside levels too people?

n00b Jun 7, 2007 02:01 PM

My level was going to be water-based, depending if I could fit it in without it being too illogical.

Valco Jun 7, 2007 03:33 PM

I'm really sorry man.

The next level is about flying a spaceship to get the chips and leave the place your in.

The turtles are after you, the ship is sorta underpowered etc.

Something like that.
No water though. :(

Birdie Jun 7, 2007 04:07 PM

The chips were already gotten. >.>

Wow thanks for leaving no creative control to the next guy!!

Sacrush Jun 8, 2007 08:28 AM

Make a cut scene where the space ship crashed into the sea or something and then start your level?

n00b Jun 8, 2007 09:22 AM

I was planning a random warp-portal midescape, but your idea works too.

Valco Jun 8, 2007 02:07 PM

SOMETHING LIKE THAT

That means it's an an example. If you wanted exact details:

Jazz is on/in a ship. He must find the chips/escape.
Something makes his mission more difficult than it sounds.

See. Tons of creative space.
You might even make Jazz crash into a watery side of the planet like Sacrush said! (Thanks)

PS (For Birdie): The chips are lost in the fourth level. (Due to loss of gravity, they float away)

Valco Jun 16, 2007 05:48 AM

This thread's dieing people! DIEING... :r

Xobim Jun 16, 2007 07:19 AM

It is not. The thread gets resurrected when someone finishes a level or needs some information. It just takes a while for a normal level maker to create a map...

Valco Jun 16, 2007 12:56 PM

I guess you have a point. For instance, my level's only half done.

Valco Jun 18, 2007 03:38 PM

I'm done level 4! First bidder gets to do level 5.

n00b Jun 18, 2007 05:15 PM

I place my bid at 1 post!

Orbitz ain't gonna be pleased....

Valco Jun 19, 2007 01:54 PM

lol heheheh

n00b Jun 19, 2007 02:42 PM

Quick question- Can I also get levels 2 and 3?
4's atmosphere is radically different from the first, so I kind of want to see how that change came about.

Sacrush Jun 20, 2007 02:12 AM

I can give you 2 and 3. I still need to see level 4 though.

Valco Jun 20, 2007 01:41 PM

I guess I'll send Sacrush level 4 too.

ShadeJackrabbit Jun 21, 2007 06:39 AM

I wouldn't mind playing level 4.

n00b Jun 21, 2007 09:33 AM

I love and hate level 4 plot-wise:
I love it because it's the only level that feels like it belongs right after the level that preceded it.
I hate it because the plot has degenerated from "You've awaken in a mysterious base, and learn of two people scheming. One is uneasy, and things are obviously going wrong" to "LET'S HUNT DOWN CHIPS IN SPAAAAAAAAAACE"

ShadeJackrabbit Jun 21, 2007 10:10 AM

No... don't tell me that you have to hunt down the chips...

Actually, I level 3 kinda fits as well since you DO get warped to somewhere else. I thought it would be more obvious the bases are connected. Anyways... how 'bout a download link for me?

Valco Jun 21, 2007 10:18 AM

Fine. Does everyone want my level?

ShadeJackrabbit Jun 21, 2007 10:37 AM

If I could make a note on my level: It seems that I forgot to add a way out of the lower section of the mines. If you want, I could edit it, or we could simply add that to the list of final release bugfixes and touch-ups.

EDIT: Please replace the old screen shots with these ones:

Valco Jun 28, 2007 02:13 PM

Oi, N00b. The chips were Shade's idea. Blame him. :x

Birdie Jun 28, 2007 02:32 PM

It is not shade's fault that you started this horrible chip hunt.

Valco Jun 29, 2007 06:50 AM

What? The chips build storyline! Example:

You find chips

You lose chips

You search for chips

You find chips You don't find chips

You are lost Your shuttle crashes in harsh environment

Etc...

If it weren't for the loss of chips, none of the above would situations would have a point! :p

PLUS Shade said to later reference the chips. I did.

PLUS Thunder PX wanted an impact on the story because of the chips.

I'm doing the Episode a favor.

Xobim Jun 29, 2007 07:08 AM

Holiday's here, I've got some time free now. So I'll be willing to create the level that isn't claimed yet. :)

Sacrush Jun 30, 2007 02:27 AM

Level 6 maybe, ask n00b.

Valco Jul 16, 2007 05:22 PM

So n00b, how's the level going?

Odin Jul 16, 2007 11:15 PM

I want to get back into level design. What's the first level that I can start work on, and what theme would it be in?

ShadeJackrabbit Jul 17, 2007 06:06 AM

I think n00b forgot...

n00b Jul 17, 2007 07:13 AM

I think I was on Vacation for two weeks and couldn't work on it.

ThunderPX Jul 17, 2007 07:31 AM

I noticed n00b isn't set as "creating level" on the list as well.

DoubleGJ Jul 17, 2007 07:34 AM

was Olsen's level finished?

DoubleGJ Jul 17, 2007 09:26 AM

yesplz send a link via PM

Sacrush Jul 17, 2007 09:42 AM

I'd rather send it by mail.

Olsen Jul 17, 2007 12:56 PM

Woo. Hey there. Yeah, I suppose it was finished. I wasn't really happy with it, but I didn't have the guts to continue working on it. Or something. So... if someone wants to edit it, feel free.
