P-Bot's Pick: Townsville ][ Evening (Tileset) by Disguise. Current rating: 8 with 7 reviews. Best JCS'ers of the month: CraccoBoy, NiQ, BlurredD and Disguise. What does everyone think of these entries? |
Well, at least some of the top JCS'ers of the month are actually good in JCS this month.
Aye, glad to see nothing below a 7 this time. The weather in the downloads section is bright and sunny. And happy.
My tileset would be probably on 3rd place if not that replacement. Weeeell... I agree with the ranking anyway.
Aye, Eternal Gardens is just not in the top 3 of best MP.... It got a 7.5 after one review.
Yay. My level is on there.
However, that "/" in the name was a glitch in J2O, because I didn't type that. You can remove that if you want. |
Wow, I'm honored to see my pack up here in the list :)
Every time I see one of these lists I think "someday I should upload something". Oh well. At least the uploads were mostly good - can't say anything about Dx's thing, though.
Nice. Evil leap year. My Keen 4 conversion ( http://www.jazz2online.com/downloads...p?levelid=3087 ) would've gotten second place for the month if it wasn't a leapyear.
Edit: Oh, it's top tileset, not top 3. NVM ;| |

Snooz is just keeping to be the JCS'er of the month any month, again and again. Hurray for him! or so..
I say even if the top 3 tilesets are crappy, they are still the top 3.
I'm actually going to release a few things this month so I hope I will see myself in one of these. |
It would be best if everything had 3 places.
I concur.
Of course, it doesn't really reflect well on the state of tilesets to have two of the three with grades of 5.0 or lower.
Probably not, but it is extra incentive to release better tilesets if people see the lack of competition and whatnot.

Think about it, if there were three tilesets uploaded in the month, one rated 1.0, another rated 1.1, and another rated 1.2, those don't deserve to get any awards at all.
How about "crap of the month"?
Well, there could be criteria, like for example not admitting anything below a 7.
hardly anything gets above a 7 anyway. And further more, it's the top entires of the month. Just because it's rated low dosen't make it not the top of the month.
