[GpW] webpage back online and fully functional

Yeah, the site is totally back now. The members database/News and forums are back on-air thanks to the Newspaz :) Wich means the site is open to use again after all those years of downtime..

Enjoy,

Yay, and welldone to newspaz for his hardwork, he spent days working on the members database, contacting gamepoint and bringing the forums back online, One dedicated coder. :)

$n00z Jul 26, 2004 07:45 AM

nice site .. or something. :)

NeoBlaze Jul 26, 2004 07:48 AM

I was talking about the members page layout and the forum layout....
Couldn't you do like separate profiles or something, instead of all on one page? That's so easy since you have mysql and I am sure you coder could do that... ;)

Newspaz Jul 26, 2004 07:50 AM

Well, this is how it used to be. And that's how I redid it.

It will look better once everyone's information is added. I'm sure of it.

NeoBlaze Jul 26, 2004 07:54 AM

KK. If so, good. BTW fix the non-working image on the intro page (bottom)

Heh, That's GamePoint's fault. We just did their instructions years ago and now their banner script isn't working anymore :O

Well, you could just remove that image, can't you?
Or, you could follow the fresh version of the instructions that of course will not work years from now.

Trafton Jul 26, 2004 02:15 PM

Nice. I do like the layout, although I think you could probably do it without Flash. I'd like to see a bit more content too, but otherwise very nice.

NeoBlaze Jul 26, 2004 06:16 PM

BTW, I just noticed - there are no rules page :(

Tubz Jul 26, 2004 08:06 PM

Nice job, N-Spaz. I always thought the site looked good!

rules? who needs rules.. you don't see rules at clans like schroet (schroet.de) or mortal team work (mymtw.de). Besides a good player/member knows how to behave and how the clan is. He/she knows their guidelines, so that makes a seperate rules page useless.

ChavRashGPW Jul 27, 2004 04:19 AM

I agree.

R3ptile Jul 27, 2004 04:31 AM

I don't know how to behave, teach me how :(

Go hire a babysitter. }>

NeoBlaze Jul 27, 2004 07:22 AM

Ummm.... Why hire a baby sitter, there is already one on GpW forums - Mary Poppins. You could just land her to him for a slightly reduced fee :) Or did she retire yet?

You havnt proven any of that yet. :H

Tubz Jul 27, 2004 12:55 PM

Lol, if I had to judge almost all the people on the board. I'd have to say at least a 1/4 of the people on this board need babysitting. I just won't name people. And I'm not in that 1/4.

Well, I could prove it by babysitting you. :P

ShadowGPW Jul 27, 2004 11:27 PM

Thats so EVIL!

ChavRashGPW Jul 28, 2004 06:43 AM

Hahahahaha, Neo needs an ad in the newspapers. "Babysitting needed for Babysitter". :r

By definition babysitter is someone who could babysit anyone including himself. Thus, it wouldn't make much sense posting an ad about self-babysitting, because it would be just a lame waste of money. Although I have nothing against you posting it, chav. Cause your money ain't mine ;)

R3ptile Jul 28, 2004 09:26 AM

Great site, I like it.
