opened up but still probs!

I opened up ports 10052 and 10054 but i still ping out, why???

Did you open 10052 UDP and TCP?

my router says ingoing and outgoing but i guess yes!

Yes, but... ingoing and outgoing is a different thing from UDP and TCP.
