Nice drawing dude, I remember having this pokemon in Ruby & Sapphire. It was the evolution of... hmmm... Zigzagoon, or so.

It is not a good picture because it uses 5 colors and has a very MS-painty feel. If it was a picture of just a squirrel, it would still be bad. At the least you should have shown it's tail, so it can be recognizable as a squirrel-ish animal and not a sock puppet.
