Made these while I was bored.
 

Just wanted to say I made [url] for jj2 (1.23/tsf) while being bored today. These will modify your jj2 so that it will no longer automatically change your selected weapon when picking up new weapons. A feature bug that has bothered me for many years. No need to run the Weapon Project any more. These haven't been extensively tested yet which is why I'm letting the public do so.

It may patch the actual .exe but it's still not as flexible as the weapon project. (Or did you forget you made that? ;)).

Consider this an alternative for those who don't like to run hundreds of programs while playing jj2.

Gry has already made a similar patch, btw, except his also allowed you to open multiple windows.

Unfortunately the programs this thread is about are considered cheating programs by the J2O and JCF staff. Please do not mention them here, or I'll have to close the thread. That also destroys the purpose of the thread actually, I guess this has to be discussed with the board staff.

I and Bobby have discussed this and we'll allow it (both on j2o and jcf). Feel free to re-add the link.

Personally I do not see how these patches could be a problem here. The weapon project does exactly the same thing plus more and it has been around for years.

If Project Controller is allowed into the downloads section, why wouldn't the weapon change be allowed? Good choice Gquist and Bobby!

Great! I didn't even noticed that I pressed one button wrong on my keyboard. May I need to write a little slower next time.. And about the original subject of this thread, I'm not using any unofficial Jazz2 program right now. May I need to check some things out soon..
