test2

Sorry to everyone who got that test email I sent today. I was trying to debug email problems I've seen with J2O and my email address (@att.net). The admin area of the JCF makes it obscenely easy to type the wrong thing and email everyone. :lori:

why were you sending emails from frank's account

Yes.

It's the JCF public contact address. Every e-mail is sent as if it comes from that account (no idea why it is possible to just spoof gmail or something like that). I get to get the occassional reply from people to their automatic birthday mailings ("wow, you knew it was my birthday and sent me an e-mail??") and a couple hundred e-mail bounces + "your test worked!!!" mails when Bob is :lori:!

Aww, and I thought FQuist tracked me down, all stocker like, to send me a strange test email. (actually thats why I popped in here, to see what was up :P)

Ah, so THAT's what that mysterious message meant...

I didn't get it. Odd.

My stated email address is 5 years obsolete. Will be there any consquences if I don't change it to a valid one?
