As shown by Neobeo's Firetruck, it's doable, and probably easy to do. Anyone care to share?

While there's nothing theoretically difficult, aside from the original hypothetical program by Neobeo there are a few things involved that no one's actually coded before. It wouldn't take too long, but I'm not sure I see the value in it?
