Explainations, ideas?

I got this on a private email I have not disclosed on here, explain?

Hello Dear
My name is Grace i saw your profile today at (jazz2online.com) and became intrested in you,i will also like to know you the more, and i want you to send an email to my email address so i can give you my picture for you to know whom i am.
Here is my email address (REMOVED)I believe we can move from here!
I am waiting for your mail to my email address above.
I love you
Miss Grace.

It's Trafton. He's been ranting about PM's recently.

I got the exact same email. I assume it's some kind of bot.

I'd assume spambot of some sort. It'll have gotten your email from somewhere - either you've posted it publicly online (possibly without realising - privacy is surprisingly hard on the internet) or a friend with it in their address book has been infected. Dunno how it could have matched your private email up to jazz2online if you've never posted it here, it may have just guessed or may have tried to link it up based on other information (e.g. username, instant messaging accounts).

Got the same email. The problem is,I have never posted that email address here. Funny.

Its Trafton trying to see if he can make you do stuff thats too hot for the internets.
