me, the biggest noob again

I was wondering, how do I convert mp3 music files to music that I can put in jjr2? Please tell me... I am a noob, I know...! :)

If that was a typo in the word 'jjr2' I'll assume you mean JJ2. JJ2+ can handle .mp3's.

You can't. jj2+ will allow you to put mp3 files into your levels, and will play and allow clients to download the music successfully.

I agree.

P.S. Can you stop writing "I am noob" everytime in every your post?

I heard this question many times before, and It's pretty obvious it's impossible to convert a mp3 to a mod file.

minmay Sep 3, 2010 09:56 AM

Yeah. Modules are non-streaming formats, and therefore streaming formats like MP3 cannot, practically speaking, be converted to them.
If you want to use an MP3 file in a level (why do people want to do this so much anyway?), just use JJ2+. Of course, only users of JJ2+ will be able to hear the song in your level, and plain JJ2 will just crash for anyone who tries.
