Same here. From the ones not yet mentioned here, Aiko and Disguise spring to mind. And thinking about the subject, I am now wondering what ever happened to Splash and Payback (*sigh* the old days in Carrot Clan; man, that takes me back so many years :)). Not to mention Super Saiyan, my favourite co-JDC official back from the days when Euro JDC officials were nearly impossible to find and the two of us were basically keeping the Euro events alive by ourselves. Geez, where does the time go?

I was told on DA that you guys missed me... I gotta say, I miss you too...

A lots happened since I was last here; I've had three girlfriends, gotten a job, gained and lost a lot of friends, tried selling my stuff (which I tried last time I was here in fact, and left feeling let down... Don't worry, none of you are to blame for any of it, frankly it seems a LOT of people I thought were in my corner were worse about it then you.) and am on my last year of studying animation with the hopes of getting a job, or possibly making something out of my guys. I might even graduate with honors if I keep up what I've been doing. Heck I actually got a psudo job thing with a former classmate of mine who wants to make an animated story about a dragon who learns how to belly dance.

I'm not sure if this is a comming back thing- I'm not even sure if I'm the same Batty Buddy you WANT back- a lot of stuffs shaken my foundation of beliefs lately and my unsureness in my own future has me at wits end as well, but when I heard about this... well, I just couldn't sit there without saying something.

A long time friend of mine, however, keeps my mind on Jazz, and Batty Buddy, and Basket Kate(Mostly cause of revenge for someone else who sort of ruined Jazz for me as of late.), and when my mind moves to Jazz, it moves to this old place as well. I love you guys.

Ohh ya, miss some of them as well. Messiah the pain in the rear. Stiletto rocked, Jippo was one of the best partnes for 2v2's and Chav, with whom I played my best jazz for and since:) Good times

A few more: Goldbones, Eman, Snake666, Nightrider666, EugeneUOI, Xeno and so many more I can't even remember most of them. Obviously the whole GpW clan as well, Shadow I talk to occasionally, Newspaz I see on this board, but otherwise, pretty much all gone.

Ahh nostalgia; it's painfully nice to remember. Life runs almost faster than Jazz:)

Have to say this though, wherever all of the above might be and whatever they might be doing, I sure hope they make it allright in life. That extends to this whole community, because just like Jazz, Spaz and Lori, you guys rock!

...*quietly burps*. Bah, I haven't really been around long enough to know who I've missed. And if I mentioned any, you guys would have no idea who they are. I wish I went on JJ2 online earlier. Too bad back then I thought online play didn't work (yeah, I used to belive almost everything my parents said, I know I'm stupid), and ended up going on virtual game sites instead. But even though, I didn't really have my own computer back then, and we had lost our copy of jj2 for a while, so I didn't really bother about it. I was so sick of single player.

Also, all those Dutch guys I hung out with online years back... I don't remember all names, but most were in the FD/MB/UJP clans.

Blade, Noka, Becky, Aiko, Umba, Shaney? What about trying to ask all those 'retired' players to come back to JJ2? Some of them are back like spaceboy, sucer, rew, (orbitz) etc. I really like to see that JJ2 was full of players in past, and as I can see all of them were good, and had good behaviour (or is it just my imagination? tell me if I'm wrong). Nowadays almost everyone is whining about stupid things.

YES! Not birdie though. That guy was nice UNTIL someone made him a JDC official. Not Valmango either, he was a cheater.

You do make a point however about how power does corrupt some people in the community sometimes. They go from a friendly sort of nature, to a more "professional" approach as such. Really its just a game for fun.

I'm not really sure if birdie changed when he became a JDC official. Then again back then I wasn't on everyone good books, and still to this day aren't with some people.

Edit: that was not a shot at cooba btw. I think cooba is in fact a very nice gentlemen, such a power would never corrupt some one such as him.

It is however a common thing. I suppose the words "power corrupts" , "money corrupts" you have heard plenty of times.

If your going to relate such things as this as an insult to cooba then you may as well relate all my posts to insults at cooba, now come on and grow up a bit.
I don't insult people on these boards anymore. There is really no point to it, and it accomplishes nothing.

On a related matter.

I also miss, Ghost, sentry, serpent and "MJ90" (Something like that) people I think used to always make jokes about how he was Micheal Jackson.

None of this was a shot at cooba.

Valmango cheated bcs others did so too. But ppl liked them too much to believe it. And val wasnt in charge of a tourney decided by cheating. Give him honour if u honour those ppl....

Oh man, so many familiar old names flying by in this thread!

Theres just something about this time of year that always makes me look back at JJ2 and the community. I miss just about everyone from when I was most active (2002-2004 and 05-06, if memory serves). I went mainly by Ñîçk when I was in TRC, Balanka for a very brief period of time, and PhAyzoN in ÐR and the DR/XD merge.
