Add a flag to disable update checking

I'm testing some older levels and muts on an older JJ2+ and I'd appreciate not being shown a warning and needing to press Esc every time I load a level. In other words, please add a flag to disable the nagware, preferably in plus.ini.

This is what the -noupdate command line option does.
