Where's the JCF: Christmas theme?

It's already December, and there's no Christmas theme to turn on! The JCF needs it's Christmasy feel.

We don't have one, you're free to submit one. :)

I don't really have the time to design one and I lack skill. :/

Hey, don't worry, I may have some spare time to make that kind of theme, where should I send it to?
