Does anyone have the Jazz Jackrabbit Tilesets? And if you do can I have them please in a Zip File.

Alister Apr 16, 2001 12:00 AM

You can find them at

http://www.jazz2city.com/

http://jazz2.nagcentral.com/

and the ones that were at Universe Jazz at

http://www.loricentral.com/

SteelTalon Apr 16, 2001 09:27 PM

Are all of them done? If I recall, several were still not remasked, and several never converted (IE: Fanolint).

JelZe GoldRabbit Apr 17, 2001 07:37 AM

OK, these are the sets that have been converted:

-Exocitus/Candion (AstroniA)

-Muckamuk/Marbelara (AstroniA again)

-Holidaius (guess )

-Industrius (EvilMike)

-Deckstar (i dunno who did that)

-Bloxonius (unknown to me, ask Tyffie )

-Technoir (NewSpaz)

-Tubelectric (NewSpaz again)

-Diamondus (Ehm.........who was it again?)

Those are the sets I've seen. Medivo, Fanolint and Megairbase by Ice Wolf aren't worth mentioning

Violet CLM Apr 17, 2001 11:18 AM

Pezrock and Crysillis. (Onag, I think)

Lagunicus. (Barely counts, missing the most important tile)

JelZe GoldRabbit Apr 17, 2001 12:36 PM

Hey, i forgot about those! And Lagunicus and Exoticus are one set.

Newspaz Apr 17, 2001 02:06 PM

Diamondus was by Toxic Bunny :P

Alister Apr 20, 2001 12:44 PM

So was Bloxonius, and the Bloxonius halloween version.

DFX Apr 24, 2001 12:32 PM

What the heck are you talking about, I call it Blockion if your talking about that Block Word Christmas Tileset. As far as I know there is no Halloween version of it.

Alister Apr 26, 2001 11:00 AM

It's called Bloxonius in my HH95.

And the halloween version is on J2O.

Michael May 3, 2001 09:16 AM

I got about 5 or 4 from UJ.

I found on J2O Pezrock which is a must-get (good job Fod)

JelZe GoldRabbit May 4, 2001 12:47 PM

I'm making a zip with all the properly masked J1 tilesets and music (see my new topic), I'll upload them to J2O when I'm finished.

*Goes red in the face *Well I knew that Newspaz, I just wanted to see if you did.

JelZe, can you send me the J1 sets you have? (if you do)

Where I can get jj1 cd (I need episodes 6-9) I think it' abdonware, and can download it. :) And Where I can get HH95? I am a big Jazz Jackrabbit fa, and i'm collecting it. Oh, and the jj1 sharew. demo? :) I am a Jazz Jackrabbit collector, and a big jj fan !!! :)

JelZe GoldRabbit Dec 2, 2004 10:03 AM

Whoa, zombie thread! Get your crosses and torches!

Tover, did you check out the links section in J2O, specifically:

Haze's Hideout

In the files section of that site you can get all Shareware Episodes of JJ1, including both Holiday Hare episodes. To make them playable, download DOSBox, the link for it is in some other topic.

As for JJ1 CD, there's no such thing as abandonware. It's still illegal to offer the full game for free on the web, since it's not freeware, so we won't be able to help you with that. And if any of you say "warez", beat it :p

Warez. Ok. I've got hh94 and I know the new episode names, and the planet names are in the Ordering info, an I search for them on j2o, but I need these tilesets: Deserto, Muckamok, Deckstar. I need HH95 for my webpae, I was downloaded jj1 full fom a hungarian "retogames" site. There is lot of MS-DOS Games in one place. :D But it is warez too. :lori:

I want make 3 episodes in every 'jazz 1 CD tilesets' (I say: I've got an own Jazz 1 edution, beacuse I make a levels width every tilesets, what is in the jj1 I whant upload the demo here, but I makeing christmas levels as Holiday Hare 2004 ) ;-)

Oh, I dosen't need Dosbox, beacuse I've got 98 on my computer.

JelZe GoldRabbit Dec 2, 2004 12:15 PM

Ok, but let me warn you that JJ1 (all versions) will not work with PC's faster than 200 MHz, hence me telling you about DOSBox.

Violet CLM Dec 2, 2004 02:10 PM

Deserto: http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/dow...p?levelID=1672
Muckamok: http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/dow...hp?levelID=973
Deckstar: http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/dow...hp?levelID=334 (not very good, but the best available)
HH95: If you actually use the Haze's Hideout link, you should be able to download HH95 from there.
JelZe: I have faster than 200MHZ, and I run JJ1 just fine. How? This article. http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/art...p?articleID=17

JelZe GoldRabbit Dec 2, 2004 02:48 PM

Unknown Rabbit: Well, excuse me for not mentioning that article, but I still think DOSBox is the best solution (in the long run) for playing DOS games. >.>

Go there to find a list of all the good JJ1 tileset conversions as well as their links.

It's usually not a good idea to get things from Hungarian Internet. (I'm sounding kinda like Bjarni)
