Firstly Check With Spy Host a server and look what it says

if it says "Connected with jazz.logicware.com"

Then it should be ok if it doesnt

Just get Alberto's Patch or else i dont know

And what kind of firewall is it? Does it only block incoming connections? Or does it block all connections?

$tilettø Oct 16, 2002 11:38 PM

i think it Blocks all Incoming Connection (clients who are connecting)

Since he can normally play Jazz2

Are you allowed to make exceptions though? I know that ZoneAlarm is able to allow certain applications either outgoing access or full (server) access, without disabling the entire firewall.

(As I asked already,) what kind of firewall is it?

Norton personal firewall 2002

Wel help :).

I don't know much about software firewalls anymore, but I know that they will not let JJ2 work online unless you configure it properly. If you're not allowed to do that, then you're out of luck.
