In need of beta testers
 

Well, I'm back and my preciouusssss is nearly done, it just needs a huge spam of beta testing as it's got bugs all over the place. Therefore, Uncle Wisey needs YOU! *points finger*

What do you need to be a beta tester? Atleast one of these:
1. Be an experienced tileset maker
2. Be a member of BTFH (If you don't know what it is, you're not a member :p)
3. Be Trafton, or atleast share some of Trafton's characteristics (link)

What should you do?
1. Look for bugs everywhere and anywhere, they are all over the place, too many for me to fix by myself, plus they're kinda hard to find inbetween everything else.
2. Make suggestions on how to improve, especially on content-based material
3. Keep this a secret, I don't want it to be public until it's bug-free. I'm also actually hoping to keep this a suprise to everyone else, so just keep it quiet. Oh come on, I never spoiled any of you guys' suprises :p

The beta period will be for one week, I doubt it will be ready for public before then, next week sunday I'll publically announce everything.

I notice you never say it's a tileset, but you do say you hope to surprise people. Interesting.

Can I come too? Experienced tileset maker... I made Cornflake01, does that count? My friends (yes, I have a few) agree that I'm a good beta tester because I don't listen to directions in games =P.

I'd like to be a beta tester, i have plenty of ideas myself but is SUX at drawing and by paint blewup Really, along with the rest of MS office. So, am i in?? (3 spots left BTW)

I don't really know what BTFH is, but if you have any leftover places, I'd be really happy to beta test :) .

I have made a few tilesets, though I doubt I would be a good reviewer.

Although I'm not in BTFH, I'd like to betatest. I've beta tested some other things that I don't even know if I'm allowed to tell you what I beta tested.... but I have some experience.

Thanks guys, I've got all the testers I need now, decided to go with 11, it's a pretty number (any number higher isn't prettier so don't ask). No need for more testers, I've got what I need, the rest of you will see it on sunday ;)

at least he doesnt create a new thred to ask for BetaTesters, there are some (even less n00b and/or Dutch) ppl who keep posting new topics about the same subject.

i personally think that you shouldn't yell at a person who is new to the community, if you do so you'll scare em away!

so... still the admins keep on telling ppl to first read older treads before posting new ones... maybe this person understood what they mean (and the newest beta test thread could be that old.) as some of you don't.

It means you should search for anwsers. Not bump old topics. Please just get over it and stop reviving.

Eh? I really don't care how many new topics people make about the same subject in here even if it's pack announcements or beta test requirements. JCS thread used to be full of that a while back but somewhere along the line people got this funny idea that you shouldn't really do it anymore.

The next person to say somehting in the lines of "OMG NUB USE TEH SEARCH FUNCTION" I shall smack with my JCS rod, whatever that is supposed to be.
