Angry List Server Problem

I don't know what happened but i played fine before it did..
and now jazz is "Retrieving Server lists" and doesn't find anything.. I tried re-reg the list servers but it didn't work.. Also JazzForce...

I get this COMDLG32.OCX error, but even i've tried to put the COMDLG32.OCX file in system32 i still get that same error, i've tried to download that file from web and put it in system32 but still...
