Do you happen to have a firewall enabled, even one with the right ports open?

Are you sure or just pretty sure?
Have you actually gone in and opened the ports, or do you just assume that they're open?
Did you enter the correct IP address when forwarding ports?

.

well 2wire homeportal is different than most other routers when u configure ports thats why im not 100% sure , but i configured the ports for other things and they worked fine (at least most of them did... i never got Kali to work) and i just did it the same way (with different port numbers of course) with jazz2 but it never works. u dont type in the ip or anything supposedly u actually select the computer go into the port thingy and open the ports either tcp or udp.

JJ2 is fairly tempermental when it comes to ports... I know it has a hard time working through most firewalls, even if you have the ports open. Not sure why.

You do have all the ports open and forwarding to your correct IP? Sure you have the ports open to both UDP and TCP traffic?

I can only suggest things, since I've never gotten it to forward ports through. At least for hosting purposes. I think I've been able to get out to connect to other folk...

Are you sure you opened\forwarded all the right ports?

Be sure to forward ports 10052, 10053, and 10054 on both TCP and UDP. If you can choose a range, forward 10052-10054, then you don't need to waste three entries.

Does your router have a DMZ host option? If it does, try enabling that for your JJ2 computer. It is a security risk though, so remember to disable it after you're finished playing.
