Well, it appears that hope has run out, so time to step forwards.

I was part of a joint coalition known only to myself as the End-JJ2 taskforce that was bent on stopping traffic to the list server network owned by Nimrod. I decided to create this force after frequent complaints from Nimrod about useless things like revealing things like Ghostbuster, and so on.

We then proceeded to kill servers. Thanks to a proxy I had set up on the current location of http://unknown.halleyscometsoftware.com/ Orbitz was soon back in business.

However, thanks to certain reports from a certain (PA) associate of the list servers whose name I won't mention... OVERLORD! ...we managed to get ourselves banned at long frickin' last. Even the proxy was banned on both ends.

So today we decided to part ways. That's my story, and I'm out of here.

Oh yes, I'm still planning on the new list server network.

I am glad to hear this has come to and end, and I hope to see no more destructive activity. If there are any further or future qualms with the list server network or any of the people involved with it, I would like there to be a more civil way about going about dealing with it. I wasn't even aware of why things were going on until very late.

I was never too fond of UF's behavior in servers. Glad we finally got rid of him.

I have decided that instead of putting my knowledge of crashing towards servers that I think it would be put to better use if I work with the list server team. Also, I had a discussion with Monolith about starting up a new list server, and he said that the ping time to my computer was slightly better than to jazz.nimrod-online.com.

In addition to the above, I'm probably going to take JJ2 off of the "regular activities" list. Unreal is much better anyways. Besides, I don't get the satisfaction of seeing a bunny fall over and die, but I sure cackle evilly when I see someone chopped apart with my Flak cannon. >)

Lastly, I have also decided that I am going to cut *all* contact between Orbitz and Thaspaz. This is to prevent further disruption of the services provided between the two listservers.

Also, R3p needs to learn how not to call people geeks at random for no reason.

Anyways, Orbitz was banned in 2005, thats when the crashes started. October 2005, to be honest.
There are no more crashers around, at least, not that I know of ;P

Edit: uhm, why are all servers pinging ? (mono's espescially)

Just to clear something up for you. I'm not suppose to have a great ping to Madskills, if I did it would make two lists so close to eachother in terms of internet which is pointless.

The idea of two lists is to have them in different places, eg one for America/Canada and one for Europe. Europeans use the european one, and vice versa. Using the list closest to you ensures the fastest connection. Therefore is you get a better ping with madskills, it will be better for you to use it, and faster for you. (Though theres other factors like internet congestion, and whenever or not me or Monolith's connection is maxed out already, eg downloading stuff)

Though this hasnt gone ahead as such, as an effective patch method is still yet to be released. Though I can inform you all now you can expect it in the next month or so.

omfg UF i think u got a point the only thing thaspaz is doing is asking to be banned forever himself i mean challenging nimrod isnt that good idea i respect nimrod alot really i do

the matter of the fact is thaspaz needs to shup about orbitzz to be banned , and jamster needs to do that aswell orbitz has been banned manytimes he still is able to comeback u cant do anything about that
