I first want to say that i love this site and that it's really cool. After searching around a bit and reading some tech-help posts i downloaded the 1.23 patch and the list server patch. Then i ran into a problem. If I join a game i automatically leave the game with a message saying "Network timed out" or something like that. I can host a game fine, but the time out error really restricts my net play. HELP!!! I need it.

WOuld the fact that I'm using a laptop on a wireless connection to my dsl line have anthing to do with the error?

I dunno, wireless maybe. But it either means your connection is too slow, or you're behind a network/firewall sort of thing.

It is called a router, defalcon.

So what do i do to fix it?
