Do you have a router? If so, you will need to go to its network IP and forward ports 10052 through 10057.

Sure the main computer doesn't run a firewall? Otherwise you might be getting stuck behind that one .

on your server computer you need to tell it to forward ports 10052 and 10054 in TCP and UDP to your computer which would be 192.168.0.109.. how u do this i dont know.. if its anything like xp it can be done by using the internet connection firewall but i dont think win 2k has that so you will have to look for some 3rd party software or something...

Set the gateway to the internal IP address of the Windows 2000 Server, for a start. (Unless it is recieved by DHCP). This will solve some other network problems you may have.

But unfortunately I have had bad luck with the NAT support on Windows 2000 Servers. It had all the features there but they didn't work properly. It wasn't just JJ2 - I couldn't get a webcam or a web server forwarding properly either.

Do you have any problems connecting to other peoples' games? (Like do you time out after about 30 seconds?)
