The past of the characters

People are always saying what happens next, but nobody ever asks about what happened to the characters *before* JJ1 For example; how did Jazz and Eva first meet? He's a friggin mercenary, she's a princess. Where were Spaz and Lori during JJ1? How did Devan build such a big empire? Why didn't Dark Jazz pick up his laundry on saturday?

Spaz was probably still too young or something... And Lori was most likely lost and forgotten just like in basic JJ2. ;P

Lori was busy with a study, Spaz wasn't interested in adventures yet.

I'm still thinking about(wc?) the history of Devan.

While we're at it, the only reason why Spaz is in JJ2 is because Eva sent him off to go save Jazz from the dungeon.

He was probably at the wedding because Jazz invited him. Eva also probably entrusted the key to him since he was the closet rabbit to Jazz at the wedding.

EDIT- I noticed Nick made a typo in the page Pako posted. I will now use "Merchanising" in place of "Merchandising" at this forum henceforth.

I've always considered the possibility of retconning JJA's story/ending and placing it at the beginning of the series.

There's a lot more detail to it but I don't feel like typing it all out.

*Sensei. And why would "Lori-chan" be taught by a mysterious teacher?

Yeah, actually... IIRC, none of the stuff that explains what happened between JJ2 and JJA is mentioned in the game or the manual.

Since Spaz taught here to do a spinkick, I guess that Spaz was training Lori somewhere high in the mountains while Jazz was trying to find Eva.

Spaz probably just watched too many movies as a kid.

I just guessed that someone would have to be taught to do 2 spinkicks in the space of 1 second.

Spaz was in the lake district descovering the Dopefish

...during which he fell into one of the cursed springs of Jusenkyo, in which a retard has drowned 300 years ago. His hot-water-phobia has since prevented him from returning into his previous normal form of playboy Samuel Pascal Jackrabbit. That, and he preferred this form.
