Anyway, her arms look too long, her legs look too short (need heavier perspective to look right), her head looks unrealistically round, and her mouth/nose is more towards the left side of her face (her left). And her head is relatively big since, well, she's twelve.

I just have a couple comments on the eyes. One is that you should never be able to see white all the way around the iris, and two is that those are really huge eyes, even for anime style.

This argument can end NOW.

Now that I think about it, Lith's right about the eyes ... you know, the whole problem with the proportions and all could be just that the head is a bit large.
