I'm trying to make a connection, but, in a few minutes, the program disconnects me. What should I do?.

I think he means his connection is timing out, meaning this page should help:

If you have a router and you can't figure out how to configure it, try going to www.portforward.com and seeing if your router type is documented there. If opening your ports on it doesn't work, you may need to try using DMZ.
