In Paint Shop Pro, I scale up the sprite by either 200% or 400%, add a new raster layer on top and trace over the original with black, discard the original and start filling in the outline. If I don't like the scaled up dimensions, I stretch it out just a bit first (Look at Duke and Snake)

Please resize those two! Those are the sprites needed for making MechaPako! (yeah, the another one isnt the real MechaPako...) As soon as you make them, ill recolor them. Credits to Aquatics64 for making the JimmyT spritesheet (i got the phone/robotic arm from them). Highlight block to show spoiler: Btw, why there are codes what nobody uses?
