I have some trouble with my game...

Hi!
I have some problems with my version of JJ2... I can't install patches because it don't recognize the files in the game's folder and JCS is absent from the game folder too! I don't know what is going on... However, the game works perfectly and it's the full version, of course. If it can help you, it is the version 1.00, the CD of the game is black with Jazz and Spaz on it and there is the logo of Epic Mega Games. Is it a fake or something like this?
Thank you for helping me...
(Please forgive me for the errors of grammar I made in this post, I speak french)

Doh.
And there's no way I can have JCS without buying a new version?

...which is illegal, as you only get the license to use JCS upon purchasing 1.2X

It appears you have a beta version of JJ2, so thus the CD is a fake. No betas were released by Epic, and the only betas that are public have been leaked.

It's an OEM version. You can find them on Ebay every so often. So it's perfectly legal.
