Voice over IP?

I don't think jazz is getting every (or any) packet thru our voice over IP. It uses posts 10000-20000 and is sitting between our router and our modem. Is there a way aroud/thru a voice over IP box?

If you want JJ2 to use different ports.. you don't. I don't know anything about voice over IP boxes, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help.

You should consult your VoIP provider, or the manual if the device came with one. Also make sure that it is not actually the router blocking your connection. Can your VoIP box go behind the router, or does it have to connect directly to your modem?

One option might be to get a switch\hub (NOT a router) and connect it to your modem. Connect the VoIP box to one port and the router to the other. This will only work however if your ISP gives you multiple IP addresses.
