Looking for game programmers and pixel artists

Hi there. A group of people has gathered up to work on an game that is combination of Jazz and Zelda. We're are creating a nice 2D side-scroller platformer with RPG elements, blood and a lot of naughty words. Right now there are 20 people in the team. But only 5 drawers. That's why we're looking for people who can actually create sprites for this game. You see, programmers are completely handicapped when it comes to doing anything else but typing stuff in. If you are interested add me on your msn :
xraven13@windowslive.com
this is example of graphic quality we are looking for :
http://www.dopefish.com/images/jazz2.jpg (lol)
You can also work in photoshop,GIMP or any similiar program.
Our game is most similiar of these games : Legend Of Zelda,Jazz 2,Castlevania (new 2D games),Paper Mario 2,Okami...
we are programming in C++ and Python..
we are making tiles, but complete scenes too, and that will make that our game looks better then jazz2...so like i told if you wanna join this crew add me on msn so we will talk ..
if you got any questions reply here or send me pm...we have our forum, assemble and our irc room.....all people in team are speaking english

for now there is no money at all in this story - it is open project - all source code will be avaible so that many other peoples can start making games like this more easyly...one company already contacted us - site of company is
www.cateia.com - and if our project suceed we will probably sell our game to them - and after 1 year of selling source will be released ( that is gonna be in contract)...how many you will get money depends like i told is our game will be good or not..if it will you will got money depending on your work on this project...for now there is no money

What are you using Python for? Scripting? I gather C++ is the main game engine language. If you have 20 or so people, presumably you have an SVN server, too? Are you open source?

And I gather you have a web page, yes? Could we see it?

This post would be helpful if it was a Jazz Fan game, which it very well could be but from what I've gathered in the first post it isn't. I'm assuming Xraven just wants the sprites to be of Jazz 2 quality, which is setting the bar rather high.

An SVN server is a server which stores a Subversion repository and allows multiple users to download, update, and edit source code from one centralised source through their Subversion client.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subversion_(software)
http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#interop
http://www.visualsvn.com/server/
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs...svnserver.html
http://blogs.vertigosoftware.com/tea...r_Windows.aspx
http://www.onlamp.com/pub/a/bsd/2005...SD_Basics.html

I suggest you do some research next time instead of making a fool of yourself.

I think you're mixing up "centralized" and "decentralized" way of development.
