Altrough this has nothing 2 do with Jj2, This really is bugging me a lot lately, You know that pop-up/box/task manager u get when u press : CTRL, ALT, DEL @ Windows XP ? My dad was so stupid to turn it off and when i press CTRL, ALT, DEL i get the msg : Task manager has been disabled by the administrator, My dads account is admin, but mine is aswell so i should be able to fix it, but i dont know how, i tried searching without succes. So tell plz thx cozz if jj2 crashes i gotta reboot my comp -.- ( ey it still has something to do with jj2 ;p )

This seems to match the problem you are having:

http://www.techimo.com/forum/t90467.html

Reboot when you finish following these instructions. I hope it helps and good luck.

EDIT: It appears that this specific case involved the Blaster worm. The symptoms you describe suggest a worm, as administrator accounts should be able to access this. Do you have a virus scan? Did you get this patch:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/tre...n/MS03-026.asp

Also, what operating system are you running, if that does not fix it?
