This site is obviously not even close to done. The layout is decent, but there is basically no content in the site whatsoever. There are a few sections (forums and members), none of which are very cemented. The layout is decent, but not fantastic. At least it does not make the bottom bar appear. It needs work, but it is not bad so far.
