Okay, you proved that you can change the colors. You proved that you can edit the tiles themselves.

But did you prove that Project *that* is real? Nope. This could have been done with just about any program. In fact...

PSP can open up RAW file formats...formats like .000. They don't have to be real picutres, they can be music (I know, I've opened the eradicator music with PSP). So this could have been laid out already and you just edit it with PSP.

So in the end, you did prove that the picture was real, yet Project *that* is fake.

I just thought of that: what if they just hacked a picture of JCS and cropped it. I have not seen a true interface for Project *that* at all yet.

Which we *could*, although it'd be quite hard. Heck.. we could change it in PSP as he suggested. (I'm not even kidding. I could write a program to tell me which byte to change to change to which "colour" so that the ground could be a different tile or something. Anything more than that would be insane in PSP/hex editor. Well.. more insane.)

If I can do this in a few days, Ice M A N can certainly decode tilesets fully in whatever amountof time he's been at it.

Disclaimer: I actually started this about two years ago. Back then about the only thing I could make out was the purple mushroom, and that was messed up. Project *that* took me back to it, and (frustratingly) I managed to get this just by changing a few numbers. so when I say this took a few days, bear in mind that these days were spread out over several years.

Of course, it's entirely possible that this was faked. But hey. I now it's real, so what do I care what you think?

I'd love to know why Xion decides to mess up this topic with a hopeless discussion about if the project is fake or not, when he just can contact the people and talk with them.

Xion, I cannot begin to explain how terribly you have made all your points, and how flawed your reasoning is. While it is very easy to simply argue something and debate it like a reasonably informed person, you seem insistant on constantly getting your facts wrong and contradicting yourself. It seems as if you are either trying too hard, or just faking it, which is what I think is the case. You also decided to bring up the concept of the first amendment of the United States Constitution while speaking directly to someone who isn't an American. Even if he knew what the first amendment, he did not challange your right to free speech. He did not ask you to stop expressing yourself. He asked you to bring your comments somewhere else where it would be more relevant and effecient, like a private conversation.

I think Xion's disbelief of this project is a hoax.

@Mike: I'm just looking at it and seeing many ways how this is fake. For instance: Shouldn't all of these editors have some kind of interface, specifically for the tilesets to change the level? As soon as I see a screenshot that has the interface (i.e. a full 640x480, 800x600, etc. screenshot of the program) I will believe.

And I wouldn't tell him anyway. Since I don't want to disapoint anyone when we can't bring what we promised. Until now, I can only tell you that you will get several tools which will enable you to encode levels, encode tilesets. And possibly information about the file format.

N0, we already settled that the TS can be edited...however I have never seen any proof that Pj.*that* is real.

If I see a full-screen screenie of it and all it's features, I'll believe.

And as link said, they would not do that so I still have doubt.

And in order to make me remove my doubt, I gotta see what all it does in a picture.

In other words: it's an endless cycle before it gets released. That's all there is to it.

Maybe Ice M A N will kill the project before it sees day for one reason or another (crashed disc) and then he would either A) reprogram it from a previous backup. B) hope NS has a newer version than his backup. C) kill it and I would never believe it's existance.
