Ah, Total Freaks. The name makes me smile for no apparent reason. The site also does this. There was, sadly, no intro up. However there was an animated gif of something that has absolutely nothing to do with the TF clan. Score one for the team!

The site design is very sexy, but it is a little annoying. It consists of a large table on the main page that is filled with iFrames. One containing the title image, which looks nice, and a menu and the content. My only complaint is that on a 1024×768 browser (at least) the iFrame for the content goes down past the main page, which can be at time quite annoying.

The news layout looks nice, indeed. And all the pages seem to be designed effectively. No amazing graphical fanfare, but simplicity is nice. The menu is a bit small, but who am I to talk? Oh, and it’s a shame I’m unable to view that spiffy background except when I switch windows for a half second.

I award an even 8. The site design isn’t amazing, but it works, though it has a few major annoying flaws (the iFrame one particularly).
