Double Feature (!)

Browsing J2O downloads is fun, sometimes.
Especially when you find two levels that are worth a Featured Download status.
There’s one answer why is this level a Featured Download: It just rocks!
Its layout is, I’d say, quite simple while the gameplay is still great.
This level is also is a good example of unique tileset usage. Eyecandy is really nice, though a bit confusing on times. Good music completes positive impression about the level.
I can say that it is a diamond, but with small scratches which sometimes can be annoying.
Still, it just deserves a FD.
it is a bit small level. (thats why 8.5) and at the end i want to say – good job :D

This one is a small level with solid look, yet it’s simple and fun to play.
The amount and placement of PUs and carrots make the level work not only in duels, but also in bigger games.
There are a few tricks that simplify gaining control over the map and give some more strategic possibilities. The level isn’t difficult to learn because of its size, yet it lets us to play some entertaining games.
I think it really is worth being a Featured Download.
Definitely a fun level.

As you can see, only good levels can get a Featured Download status, so work a lot on your level(s) before uploading!

So surely my pack will get a Featured Download when I upload it? It has 7 levels (4 CTF, 3 Battle) I’ve been working on it for the past 1.5 years and I’m trying to upload it before the end of the month.
You’re going to be busy because other entries for the contest could be good enough for a feature as well.

Uh, yeah, 2 out of 3 recommended downloads of this month were featured. That feels like FD’s lose their meaning imo, because if you’re just going to feature the ones with the highest rating, well, we can see ratings ourselves. Besides DS is right about one thing, the month didn’t end yet, you can expect a lot of last minute entries for DT3 level contest. You have that 3 FD’s per month limit iirc, so it’d suck if you didn’t feature some groundbreaking level because of these two.

Okay SE, show me some “groundbreaking level” in downloads. I’ve checked nearly all the levels from the last month, and I didn’t see anything “wow”. Also, I decided to give out FDs once a month during summer vacation because people are going on vacation etc., and that also means there are nearly no good levels.
Btw. Do you really want to make a drama out of a newspost? It’s disappointing
Btw #2. I meant quality of most of the levels in downloads section.
Btw #3. I’m going on vacation this Saturday, and I will come back in next week. It will be August already, that’s why I posted this already.

There is no “three features per month” limit. Galana is doing her job very well so far.

I wasn’t complaining in any way, I find it a bit disappointing that you think I did (unless you were talking to someone else)
I’ll just upload my pack this week or next week and I’m pretty sure it will get a feature.
